Redevco Spain and Portugal is based in Madrid where a 15-strong team of real estate professionals coordinates the company’s activities under the supervision of its Managing Director, Israel Casanova Lafuente.

Our mission is to offer our clients – national and international retailers – the perfect solution for each commercial format. We like to establish stable, long-term relationships with our clients, and are committed to improving their performance as well as ours, in the belief that if they grow, we grow too. We manage the property portfolio ourselves, as we believe this is the best way to achieve our aim of adding value.

Our main objective in the Iberian Peninsula is to implement Redevco’s global strategy and create a portfolio that is wholly comprised of prime retail properties located in town and city centres, shopping malls and retail parks. To achieve this goal, Redevco Spain/Portugal will be divesting itself of those properties which, although high-quality assets, no longer fit our investment strategy. Redevco Spain/Portugal is also actively looking for prime investment opportunities in the commercial property market to improve its existing portfolio.

Redevco Spain is working to get the ISO14001 Certification and that is why the Director has approved the Sustainability Policy as well as a Green Annex for our clients and a Sustainability Compromise for our suppliers.
